General terms and conditions

Terms of Conveyance

SKI PASS REFUNDS
Only apply to sports accidents. The ski pass must be surrendered immediately to one of our ticket offices. An appropriate doctor’s note can be submitted to the same office by the following day. The  number of days which have elapsed between the date of issue and the date of surrender of the ski pass are deemed to be the number of days of use. Sliding-scale and one-day tickets will not be refunded. The cableway operators’ terms and conditions of carriage do not provide for any reimbursement or extension of ski passes in cases where cableway services cannot operate as a result of weather conditions caused by force majeure (storms or risks of avalanches).

Ski passes are not transferable
Lost ski passes cannot be replaced. Bad weather, the risk of avalanches, unanticipated departures, interruptions to services or the closing of downhill ski runs do not constitute grounds for refunds or extensions. Subsequent exchanges, extensions or postponements of the period of validity are not permitted.

Checks at turnsyles
Ski passes are to be produced on request by staff of the company or the supervisory bodies, and handed over if required. If data inspection is refused, then the data carrier can be barred. If guests are found to be in the controlled area without a valid ski pass, damages will be claimed. Misused ski passes will be withdrawn without compensation. Travelling without paying is punishable, in addition to the retrospective purchase of the day pass, by the imposition of a surcharge of EUR 40.00.

Requirement to present ID
The age of children, pupils, young people (‘youth’), seniors and/or any other justification that entitles to obtain a discounted ski pass must be proved by means of a suitable photo ID upon the purchase of tickets and at the entrances to the lift on request. Please understand that we are unable to provide discounts or issue free children’s tickets without appropriate ID.
