If you do not already have a KeyCard and do not want to order a new one, there is also the option of a pick-up voucher. It will be sent to you by e-mail, immediately after booking it. You can either print out your pick-up voucher or use your mobile to scan its QR-code at the ticket machine. Your ski pass will then be issued at the ticket machine.
Your personal KeyCard is available via starjack. It is non-transferable and valid for 5 years from order time. You can manage several starjack KeyCards for your family with your user account and load Stubai Glacier ski passed directly onto the respective KeyCard.
The free ski pass for children under 10 years is not available as online ticket via starjack.

You can buy your ski pass at https://www.stubaier-gletscher.com/shop/skiticket/. In the next step, you can either load it onto your available KeyCard, order a new Stubai Glacier KeyCard (delivery time 3-4 working days) or select a pick-up voucher. The pick-up voucher will be sent by e-mail after booking. If the mail cannot be delivered to your e-mail account due to a spam filter, you can still download the voucher in your starjack user account under "My tickets". You can book your ticket online on the same day, e.g. via your mobile phone.
You always get the best price for your ski ticket online. Discounts are based on purchase date, demand and offer type and are available until the day before of your planned skiing day. Depending on the type of discount, the discounted ski passes are avialable up to two days before the start date of your ski pass. Subject to changes.
You can cancel a ski pass until 8:00 a.m.* on the day of validity if you have not yet devaluated the ski pass.
Promotional ski passes, heavily discounted ski passes, can not be cancelled.
*until 8:00 a.m. on the first day of validity of your booked ticket you can return your ticket in your starjack account in the menu "My tickets". The ticket value will be automatically credited 100% to your starjack account. The credit will automatically be used as payment for your next order. For a chargeback of the amount of money to the credit card or bank accounts, starjack charges a cost of € 25 per sales transaction without exception.
The free ski pass for children under 10 years of age can NOT be booked in the online shop. Please pick it up at the ticket office of the Stubaier Gletscherbahnen upon presentation of the child's ID card.
Please note that the free ski pass for children under 10 can only be issued if they are accompanied by a paying parent (tickets of the same category, except annual and season passes).
The 1.5-, 2.5- or 3.5-day ski passes can also be booked online, but can not be uploaded to existing keycards. You will get a pick-up voucher to et them at our ticket machines or at the ticket offices of the Stubai Glacier.
These ski passes include on day 1 the afternoon from 12:00 noon plus the following 1, 2 or 3 days.
A ski pass only on your mobile phone is currently not possible on the Stubai Glacier.
You will receive a normal KeyCard in the online shop. You can either load your ski pass onto your available KeyCard, order a new Stubai Glacier KeyCard (delivery time 3-4 working days) or select a pick-up voucher. You can use any KeyCard with a serial number. The serial number starts with "01-..." and has 23 digits. It is located on the back of a KeyCard. You can register this KeyCard in the Online Shop and use it immediately for your online booking!
The production and dispatch of the KeyCard takes 3-4 working days. Dispatch and production costs € 5.40 once within Austria and Germany.

Reduced-price ski passes are are available ONLY at the Eisgrat and Gamsgarten/Mutterberg valley stations and at our ticket office in Neustift (opposite the BP gas station, open from September to May) upon presentation of a valid ID.
