ORF Radio Tirol Day of Skiing

On 13 April 2024, our SKI IP bus will take you to the Stubai Glacier and, with a bit of luck, you and your six friends will be our Radio Tirol SKI IP guests.

Feel like a "star" for once, be picked up from the front door by shuttle and then enjoy the day from the first to the last minute on the piste; sounds good and is not so far-fetched.

Continue with the piste machine to the TOP OF TYROL

The Radio Tirol SKI-IP bus picks you and your six companions up from home and takes you directly to the Stubai Glacier. We take the snow groomer shuttle to the TOP OF TYROL at 3,210 metres and enjoy the impressive morning atmosphere over the Stubai Alps. Then, accompanied by a ski guide, we are the "early birds" on the piste. Freshly groomed pistes await. After the morning's skiing fun, we have really earned our breakfast. Stop off at the Steinbock Bar for breakfast with coffee, tea and a small snack. Then, accompanied by an experienced guide, we set off to explore Austria's largest glacier ski area. Slopes ranging from easy to challenging, the Schaufelspitz ski carousel and a tour of the modern 3S Eisgratbahn cable car await. At lunchtime, we are spoilt with culinary delights from the region in the Schaufelspitz restaurant. After a hearty lunch, there will be plenty of time for free skiing.
