Following the successful Dine & Wine gourmet nights at the Schaufelspitz toque-awarded restaurant, the Beer Tasting takes place in 2020 for the fourth time.
Similar to the Dine & Wine gourmet night there will be a 6-course menu, accompanied by a selection of fine beers.

What already Benjamin Franklin knew in the 18th century, is crowned at the highest-located Gault-Millau-awarded restaurant (GM 2020) of the world in a culinary fashion. During the “Dine & Beer” gourmet event the certified beer sommelier Markus Trinker from Schladming introduces to the versatility of the brewed gold.

The tasty baptism of this culinary inspiration takes place on 15 February 2020 at the Schaufelspitz Gourmet Restaurant: A top-class beer tasting menu of the team around chef David Kostner serves the dishes with different types of beer.
