Ski Season 2023/24

The ski season has started: Since October 16th carving and wedeling are on the programme on the Stubai Glacier.
Skiing with snow guarantee and this already in autumn – thanks to the altitude location of Austria’s largest glacier ski area this is possible from October onwards this year again. And because the weather was kind to us, you can already enjoy your first day of skiing on all 5 glaciers.
You shouldn’t miss out on the following on your visit:
- Enjoy the first turns of the ski season on the Daunferner on the wide carving pistes 7 and 9.
- Take the Wildspitzlift to the highest spot in the Kingdom of Snow and enjoy an incredible mountain panorama.
- Enjoy sunshine skiing on the slopes of the Fernau Ferner.
- Out tip for all freeride skiers and snowboarders: Check out the Stubai Zoo snow park on the Gaiskarferner. In autumn and spring it is shaped daily.

Big Family Family Ski area
Are you looking for a ski area for the whole family? The Stubai Glacier offers a fantastic offer for all age groups from Christmas onwards.
Our highlights for kids and teenagers:
- For our youngest guests: Big Family Kinderland with magic carpets and slalom for children, tyre merry-go-round, snow mammoth
- For experienced ski kids: Big Family Fun Slope with bumps and jumps, pistenbully riding
- For all ski-teens: speed-check at the Daunferner, slalom with time-taking at the Eisjochferner
Did you know: On the Stubai Glacier children up to 10 years ski for free(if accompanied by a paying parent).
