Austria’s most renowned restaurant guide, Gault Millau, has awarded the Schaufelspitz restaurant on the Stubai Glacier with 3 toques this year.
“After working in Switzerland and England, chef David Kostner chose a culinary work location at almost 3,000 metres of altitude, where he has to compete with the impressive backdrop of the Tyrolean mountains. The Innsbruck-born chef masters this challenge with flying colours.
