The efforts of chef David Kostner and his committed team have been worth it once more. It was aimed at keeping the toque received in the previous two years. The exclusive service restaurant on an altitude of almost 3,000m was awarded with 14 points and given a positive assessment by Austria’s most renowned restaurant guide.“Dining on a high level”, “refreshing and surprising start to a fantastic series of main dishes” reads the current version of Gault Millau. Moreover the restaurant critics took a shine to the quality and the ambiance of the Schaufelspitz gourmet restaurant.
The toque-awarded Schaufelspitz Restaurant offers the perfect setting for the Dine & Wine gourmet night, which takes place for the fourth time on 15 and 16 January 2016. Chef de cuisine David Kostner and his team create a six-course menu. Gourmets can experience a unique night with delights made from finest ingredients in a classy ambiance. Gourmets can enjoy a unique evening with culinary delights made of fine ingredients.
