Questions and Answers

No. All TESTIVAL tickets are available exclusively online. However, QR codes will be available on site, taking you directly to the online shop. If tickets are still available, you can conveniently purchase them online.

No. A valid ski pass is not included with your TESTIVAL ticket. Please purchase your lift ticket in our online shop or at the Stubai Glacier ticket offices on site.

Please bring your payment confirmation (either on your mobile device or as a printed copy) to the INTERSPORT TESTIVAL registration desk at the Eisgrat mountain station. Upon presentation of your payment confirmation and a valid photo ID, you will receive your TESTIVAL pass. Your photo ID will be securely stored at the registration desk for the duration of your equipment testing.

If you have a multi-day TESTIVAL ticket, you may leave your photo ID at the registration desk for the entire duration of the event and collect it on the last day of your valid TESTIVAL ticket. This saves time, as you would otherwise need to leave your ID again each day to receive your TESTIVAL pass. Especially during peak times, this helps avoid waiting at the registration desk.

We also recommend carrying a second form of identification in case you need to verify your identity, for example while driving or in other situations where proof of identity is required.

No. Your TESTIVAL ticket is only valid on the date printed on the ticket. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to another day.

As demand for test skis and snowboards is very high, we cannot guarantee that your preferred model or size will always be available. We therefore recommend bringing your own equipment.

You can leave your own skis or snowboard at the designated ski racks at the Eisgrat mountain station. Please do not leave your equipment in front of the test booths.

The test equipment may be used for up to 1.5 hours per test session.

During registration, all visitors receive a form on which they enter their height, weight, ski boot sole length, and skiing ability. This form is then handed in at the Austrian Ski Association (ÖSV) booth, where the staff calculate the appropriate DIN (Z) setting and enter it directly onto the TESTIVAL pass. The required information is also collected during the ticket purchase process to help prepare the registration process and ensure the correct ski binding adjustment in accordance with safety and liability requirements.

Unfortunately, TESTIVAL tickets cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice due to severe weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled.

In the event of loss, theft, damage, destruction, or any other impairment of the test equipment, participants must immediately inform the exhibitor. The participant may be held liable for compensation up to the full retail value of the equipment.

The INTERSPORT TESTIVAL 2026 is primarily designed for adult winter sports enthusiasts. The test equipment and programme are not intended for children, and no dedicated children's sizes or equipment will be available.

Yes. All talks and workshops are included free of charge with a valid TESTIVAL pass.
