Information acc. to §24 Data Privacy Act 2000 on “Photocompare”

We point out that for checking access a reference photo of the lift pass owner is made when first passing the turnstile equipped with a camera. This reference photo is then compared by the lift personnel with the photos made during each further passing of a turnstile with camera.

This reference photos are immediately deleted after expiration of the lift pass. All other photos are deleted 30 minutes after passing a turnstile at the latest.

We would like to point out that there is the possibility to acquire a lift pass, which is technically configured in a way not to make photos when passing the turnstile. But one must expect spot checks by the lift personnel then.
