Glacier Experience Day: Info hour at the Stubai Glacier with optional hike.

every Tuesday from 2 July to 3 September 2024 (in good weather)

Meeting point: 11:00 a.m. at the Eisgrat mountain station (beach flag INFOSTUNDE)
Learn everything you need to know about the world of glaciers during the info hour.(duration approx. 1 hour). The info hour takes place in German language.

Afterwards, for all hiking enthusiasts:

Eisgrat hiking tour 2,900 m - middle station 2.300m
On the common hiking tour with the hiking guide along the Glacier Path to the Fernau mid-station at 2,300m our guests get deep insights into the topic glaciers (glacier stands, marginal moraines, glacier lakes,...). Duration: approx. 1.5 hours.

For all those who are very fast on foot, there is also the option: hike mid-station 2,300m - valley station 1,750m From the middle station, there is the option of descending to the valley on the beautiful trail with the hiking guide or to take the gondola down. Duration approx. 1,5 hours.

For the hike we recommend sturdy shoes, weatherproof clothing and sun protection. Suitable for young and old, excursionists and hikers. Free admission for the info hour and hike (provided: valid lift ticket).
