Intersport Okay Avalanche Transceiver Training

In the 2022/23 winter again, several INTERSPORT OKAY AVALANCHE TRANSCEIVER trainings take place on the Stubai Glacier.

The INTERSPORT OKAY avalanche transceiver training courses are one-day emergency training courses in theory and practice.

Time: 9:00 a.m. to approx. 4:00 p.m.
Place: self-catering room at the Eisgrat mountain station

Cost

€50 per person and training

The participation fee will be refunded for the purchase of ski touring equipment (freeride equipment) with a value of €200 or more up to 31 January 2023

Services

• ski pass
• participation in the theory unit
• group training with certified mountain guides

Programme

• theoretical introduction to avalanche victim search
• practical training at the avalanche transceiver station
• training under realistic conditions from rough search to probing
• first aid etc.

Equipment

Please bring:

• own ski touring equipment
• emergency equipment – if available (avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel)
• If you do not have emergency equipment, it can be rented on site.
