10:20 a.m. - meeting point at the Eisgrat information centre at the Eisgrat mountain station on the Stubai Glacier. (info: uphill ride with gondola approx. 20 minutes)

10:30 a.m. - approx. 60 min meditation & yoga session ( element of fire)

The element fire is a very important part of our being: too much fire and we burn out, too little fire, we freeze. Therefore it is important that the fire always burns evenly in a balanced way. Sometimes maybe a little more, sometimes a little less, but always steady. We start the day together full of fiery energy. Through meditation and breathing exercises we let fire arise and shine through our bodies with the help of a vitalizing yoga flow.

12:00 p.m. - lunch break in the Schaufelspitz restaurant.

On a self-pay basis.

1:30 p.m. - approx. 40 min breathing & yoga session (the element water)

Let the life energy flow, let go of resistances and trustingly follow the rhythm of the flow: an exercise session under the sign of the water element and its qualities. Through flowing and smoothly interlocking sequences, carried by the rhythm of conscious breath, we glide out of our head and thoughts into our body - into feeling and sensing. An interplay of Yin & Yang energy becomes the focus of this session.

2:15 p.m. - ascent to the TOP OF TYROL summit platform

2:30 p.m. - meditation embodiment session (element of earth)

Find support, gain stability and build strength: This yoga session is all about the qualities of the earth element. The world seems to be spinning faster and faster, and each individual has to deal with global challenges. This can arouse fears. Hence my interest in the confidence-building element of earth in yoga. I want us yoga practitioners to relax back into our lives and build on our strengths to find security, as well as joy in life itself.

3:15 p.m. - descent and end of the event

The event will take place in all weather conditions. Locations are subject to change.

Yogapraxis auf 3.000 m

Kati lives in Innsbruck in Tyrol, is a passionate dog mom and a trained yoga teacher, awakening coach and choreographer. Her sessions focus on the human being, because when sweating, laughing, working out, stretching or meditating, we are all the same. Her yoga classes, meditations and coaching sessions especially change the way you deal with yourself, your own body and general awareness in a healing way. Teaching this is not a profession for Kati, but rather she shares her personal passion with it. At yoga at 3,000 m, Kati focuses her sessions on the elements of fire, water and earth, immersing herself in the surrounding mountain world.
