10:20 a.m. - Meeting point at the Eisgrat mountain station information desk on the Stubai Glacier. (Info: cable car ascent approx. 20 min.)

10:30 - 11:45 a.m. - Glacier Yoga Flow - Letting go

At over 2,000m, we start the day mindfully with sun salutations, activate our bodies and leave everyday life behind with deep breaths in the valley. In the revitalizing Glacier Yoga Flow, we create a constant balance between strength and relaxation, between sun and moon, light and shadow. With a flowing sequence of asanas, we practise strength, flexibility and balance, while the focus is always on you and your breathing. Let's enjoy the fresh mountain air together and create space for something new.

12:00 - Lunch break together at the Restaurant Eisgrat

We enjoy our lunch break in an elegant atmosphere on the sun terrace with a view of the glacier or in the modern Tyrolean dining room of the Restaurant Eisgrat. Fresh products from the region and fine dishes with international influences await us - on a self-pay basis.

13:30 - 14:15 - Slow Hatha Yoga - Arrival theme

After the lunch break, the focus is entirely on you and your breathing. In traditional hatha yoga, we concentrate on the connection between body and mind. We hold the beneficial asanas for several breaths, creating moments of concentration and stillness. An invitation to listen to yourself, to be completely with yourself and to arrive in the here and now.

14:30 - Ascent to the TOP OF TYROL summit platform

14:45 - 15:20 - Meditation & Pranayama - theme of awakening

At an altitude of over 3,000 m, the third session of the day is all about new beginnings and reorientation. With conscious breathing exercises (pranayama) and a guided meditation, we let go of old patterns and invite confidence and serenity. Inspired by the incomparable panorama with views over 109 three-thousand-metre-high mountains, we draw strength to courageously tread new paths in our everyday lives in the valley.

3:15 p.m. - descent and end of the event

The event will take place in all weather conditions. Locations are subject to change.

Frau in Yoga-Position auf Yoga-Matte vor Bergpanorama

Growing up in Kleinwalsertal in Vorarlberg, there is nothing better for me than being out and about in the mountains and nature. Whether on foot, by bike or on skis - the next adventure is usually not far away.  Yoga is a source of new energy and strength for me. It's where I find the balance between my active, energetic side and my calm, gentle side. I would like to share this feeling of being at one with myself and finding balance in life with you.

My classes are suitable for all levels and an invitation to spend time with you and your being. I look forward to seeing you!
